Robyn Wright
Co-owner and Coach
Starting CrossFit in 2017 Robyn has gained experience working with many different age demographics from children as young as 3 all the way through to 80+years old. After studying Physiology & Sports Science at university Robyn took a deep dive into CrossFit full time and earned a role with CrossFit Seminar Staff part of CrossFit HQ. The goal for Robyn is always to make movement accessible no matter who you are and break down any perceived limits. She will help you find a new level of confidence that will shine through inside and out of the gym.

Khi Leonard
Co-owner and Coach
Khi started CrossFit in 2010 whilst living in Grand Cayman, on returning to the UK in 2013 he started training at CrossFit Glasgow. In that same year he did his L1 and the following year started coaching mobility classes at CFG. Within the next 18 months Khi did his Gymnastics Course and started coaching CrossFit as well as mobility.
Khi is an L3 trainer with a particular interest in active mobility and specific strength training, after a life filled with clumsiness his personal experience of accidents and injuries has helped him work with post natal, injured, adaptive as well as relatively “normal” athletes.

Ross McNie
Coach and Owner of the PRLab
Ross started CrossFit in 2009 without really knowing what it was. After pneumonia in 2010, he discovered Greg Glassman’s What is Fitness and finally found what he’d been missing. Using the CrossFit methodology, he got back to health, devoured everything from the CrossFit Journal, and naturally started helping out in classes.
He began working with Kids & Teens classes, mostly because he is a parent and “knew how to work with kids.” This is where he first met Robyn (“the wee yin” at the time), and the rest they say is history. He now runs the Kids & Teens program and occasionally helps with adult classes - but his heart lies with the younger athletes.

Katie Reid
Katie started her CrossFit journey in 2022 and quickly discovered a passion for both the training and the community. In 2023, she earned her CrossFit Level 1 certification, where she first met Robyn. After moving to Stirling and joining CFS as a member, Katie completed a three-month coaching internship under the guidance of Robyn and Khi. Her dedication and growth during that time led her to officially join the CFS coaching team.
Katie strives to bring warmth, encouragement, and support to every class, understanding firsthand what it’s like to start from the beginning. Alongside coaching, she works for Hatch Athletic and is midway through her perinatal coaching certification.

Smidge
The real brains and beauty behind the gym. She’s everyone’s favourite team member (and she knows it). Her job description includes greeting members, demanding belly rubs, supervising warm-ups, and occasionally stealing the spotlight… and the odd roll of tape. Smidge brings joy, chaos, and a healthy dose of dog hair to everything we do.
